Tell me more about Heritage Harbor and ways to invest here.
Located just east of the city of Ottawa, IL, Heritage Harbor began development along the Illinois River in the early 2000's. After moving over 1 million cubic yards of material a 32-acre harbor lined with 1.6 miles of stone seawall was formed and the 150 acres of land began a new waterfront, master-planned resort development. Focused on traditional neighborhood design, with timeless architecture, walkability, community connectivity, and ideal quality of life, countless marine boaters, vacationers, and permanent residents have flocked from the local community, Chicago suburbs, and across the country to live the harbor life.
As the resort continues its development process, there are numerous opportunities for investors. Long-term multifamily rentals and short-term single-family rentals currently exist, enjoy the convenience of on-site property management and maintenance services. Other opportunities exist for custom construction or commercial use investments. Don't miss out on being an early investor in this growing community, especially as there is a limited amount of waterfront properties remaining for available sale!
